The thoughts in my head today are about friendship and loyalty. I don't really see any reason to call someone a "friend" if there is not an inherent obligation to be one. Primarily to listen and not judge, offer grace and mercy such as we would want to receive ourselves as well as some degree of loyalty. I guess during our walk in life, it is always a surprise to see who really shows up for you in your various times of need. I just thank God today that I can say I have some really good friends. A great core group who know when to check in and know when to give space. That is something to celebrate in this Season of Celebration. God is GOOD!
